I worked fairly closely with Amit at U.S. Bank, although Amit was on another team. Amit was on the development team, and I was a Salesforce Support Administrator working to triage and solve cases that affected our over 2,500 Wealth Management Salesforce users at the Bank. Our team worked with Amit’s team to solve these cases, and Amit’s team would handle many of the cases that required developer/software engineering intervention.

In regard to Amit’s specific capabilities and methods of working, Amit was always competent in his solutions provided, and Amit effectively deployed appropriate solutions for the problems at hand. Amit is a team player, and was always appropriately communicative and professional in our dealings together.
